Bilingual Education Training Seminar for Teachers in Madrid, Spain
July 2008
Spain has decided to implement bilingual education in schools throughout the
country, so Cicely will spend this month introducing teachers to principles
and best practices of second language acquisition and bilingual education.
Accelerated Teacher credentialing courses at the University of the Pacific in California
Fall 2008
This fall, Cicely returns to California to teach educational linguistics
courses for future elementary school and secondary school teachers.
